My Artistic Qualities Made Me a More Creative Leader

When I say Artistic qualities, I mean looking with new eyes, finding beauty, meaning and harmony.

As a former president of Saudi student Association, I always encourage my Fifteen members to be imaginative. Rather than focusing on problems, we focus on possibilities, and finding artful solutions.

British Artist Andy Goldsworthy Says, "Art is an attempt to reach beyond the surface appearance. I want to see growth in wood, time in stone, nature in a city, and I do not mean its parks but a deeper understanding that a city is nature too-the ground upon which it is built, the stone with which it is made."
